Pets in the Clouds offers an individual pet cremation services. With an individual cremation, your pet is cremated alone, and the ashes returned to you. In a communal cremation, pets are cremated together, and the ashes are not returned – Pets in the Clouds will only ever cremated your pet individually.

Your pet's ashes are returned inside a scatter tube. If you woud like a more personalised urn, we have a range of caskets and specific animal urns which you can choose from which we can discuss in person or send you some further information.
While it is not common to be present during the cremation, we can arrange for a private farewell ceremony if that is important to you in the chapel of rest. Please contact us for more information.
Typically, you will receive your pet’s ashes within a few days to a week, depending on the cremation service selected. We ensure the process is respectful and handled with care. If you require the ashes within 24 hours this can also be arranged.
Yes! In addition to the ashes, we offer a variety of memorial keepsakes such as urns, jewellery, and custom art. We also have the option of creating personalised mementos with your pet’s name, paw print, or even a photograph and urns.

You are given your cats ashes inside a standard scatter tube. If you would like a more personalised urn, we have a range of caskets & cat urns which you can choose.

Once the cremation is complete, we will notify you, and you can either pick up your pet’s ashes at our location or have them delivered to your home.
It’s helpful to remove any collars, tags, or personal items from your pet before cremation. If you would like to keep a paw print or fur, we can assist in preserving these for you.
We will accommodate where possible to have your pet cremated with its favourite ball, blanket if required.

It is your personal preference for how you would like your ashes returned, we offer many different options starting from a scatter tube, wooden caskets, metal urns, and life-like breeds of your dog or cat. We also offer jewellery where the ashes are placed into the item of your choice and coated with colour resin – for more information on this please ask – a new page will be coming to our website soon with some examples.
Yes we offer a package for £20 for paw and nose prints and fur clippings, please let us know before cremation if you would like this. We will take a number of prints for you.
Using Pets in the Clouds (Formally Pet At Peace) which is an independent family-run pet cremation business means that we can guarantee that it is just your pet ashes that are returned to you. We personally load your pet into the cremation unit and ensure all ashes are stored separately when the ashes are removed. You will meet with the owners and being a small family-run business get the service you expect. If you are a pet owner looking for a more personalised, compassionate service with dignity and respect we can promise you this.

With corporate services, the process may feel more standardised or impersonal, and it can sometimes be harder to get clear answers. We are more flexible in providing you with a tailored service and any special requests you may have.
We are based in the countryside of Northamptonshire in Hartwell, however, we do not have a radius. If you are happy to travel to us you are welcome to visit us and use the chapel of rest. Many pet owners are unaware that they do not have to use their vet's services after their pet has been put to sleep. You can choose to leave your pet there to be collected by Pets in the Clouds, or you may bring your pet directly to us.
